If you enjoyed your visit to Black River Books, perhaps you would like to take a little of that experience with you with one of our gift items. We've been told that our coffee mugs have a "nice heft" to them and that they have become a favorite for some of our customers.

 

Our lighthouse logo and the unusual font for the lettering give our logo t-shirt a classy look.  Here a frequent customer at Black River Books, who lives in England, gazes at a castle in Wales during a holiday.

 

 

 

 

Children especially like the Booker & Dewey shirts, available in short and long sleeve.  Kai Alstrom-Reichert, Pam and Dick's grandson, sports his shirt with a caricature of his canine "uncles" while hiking in Garden of the Gods in his home in Colorado Springs.

Adults also enjoy the Booker & Dewey T. Mary, who travels extensively, has brought her shirt to Puerto Rico. Here she poses with Picasso, the harlequin macaw, who lives at the Gallery Inn in Old San Juan.

 

The Black River Books font is embroidered in black on our khaki canvas cap. "South Haven, MI" is embroidered on the back.  The cap includes an adjustable tab for different sizes.

Stan, a dear friend as well as a customer, sports his Black River Books cap just outside the Moravian Books Shop, the world's first as well as the oldest continually running bookstore, founded in 1745, and located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
